BARD sells digital products for brand & content teams: playbooks, frameworks, templates & scorecards, delivered as PDF or Google Sheet.
Every product page lists its price in Indian rupees before you pay. Prices shown are the total payable, inclusive of applicable taxes. No charge is ever made without your explicit confirmation on the payment page.
The current catalogue & prices are listed on our payment pages, linked from this site & from our LinkedIn profile.
All products sold here are digital. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges apply.
Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, usually within 5 minutes of a successful payment & always within 24 hours. The link also appears on the confirmation screen immediately after payment.
If it has not arrived, check your Promotions tab & spam folder first, then write to hello@bardsocial.com & we will send the file manually the same working day.
Digital products are delivered immediately & cannot be returned, so sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
If your payment goes through & you never receive the product, or the file you receive is corrupt, incomplete or the wrong product, write to hello@bardsocial.com within 7 days of purchase. We will either fix the delivery or refund you in full, your choice.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method & reach you in 5 to 7 working days.
Orders can be cancelled at any point before payment is completed by simply closing the payment page.
By purchasing, you receive a single-user licence to use the product for your own brand or for brands you directly consult on.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, share it as a file with third parties, or publish it as your own work. All frameworks, copy, templates & structures remain the intellectual property of Rajiv Lakshman Ambadapudi.
These products are educational & strategic material. They do not guarantee any specific commercial, audience or revenue result.
We may update a product after purchase. Where we do, existing buyers receive the updated version at no extra cost, sent to the email used at checkout.
These terms are governed by the laws of India & any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We collect your name & email address at checkout for one reason: to deliver the product you paid for & to send you emails related to it.
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card, UPI, netbanking or bank account details at any point.
Email is handled through MailerLite, which stores your address & our email history with you. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone.
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. To have your data deleted entirely, write to hello@bardsocial.com & we will action it within 7 working days.
